Official 1990 U.S. Department of Agriculture fold-out map of Tongass National Forest, Alaska, printed more than 30 years ago. The map opens to 18" x 35" and locates motor roads, ferry routes, railroads, campgrounds, and other features in the nation's largest national forest, more than 16 million acres of rugged wilderness between Juneau and Ketchikan, Alaska. The map is drawn on a scale of 14 miles to one inch. It was published by the Forest Service, United States Department of Agriculture, and is the 1973 edition, revised and printed in 1990. This old Forest Service sign is made of paper stock and measures appx. 14" x 12" and is appx. .007" thick as compared to regular blue line which is .003". It has a shiny finish on the front but it's not really waxed. Reads " Stop No Entry Fire Hazard" It is dated 1969 and is unused/nos. Please check out my other listings. This unused old Forest Service sign is made of paper stock and measures appx. 14" x 5 3/4". It measures appx. .010" thick as compared to regular blue line which is appx. .003" thick. Reads " WATER" It has a small amount of discoloration around the edges from being stored but has no tack/nail holes. Would look great framed and matted in a house or cabin. It is not dated.
