First issued in 1944, the Red and Blue Ration Tokens were used as change for food purchases during World War II. The Red tokens were for meats and fats; the Blue tokens were for processed foods. The OPA stopped issuing these tokens in 1945. Each Token Measures (approx): 5/8" diameter.
