This is a 16 page booklet about the merits of investing in government savings bonds. It is not dated and does not advertise any war effort to be supported so I am dating it to the 1930s. It has a lovely Goddess on the cover surrounded by a swirling flag and is titled "Systematic Savings with United States Savings Bonds - a practical way to establish Financial Independence." Each page is about another use for the savings such as Future Security, Travel and Recreation, etc. It is 8 & 1/2" by 6 & 1/2" with a vertical crease from having been folded. It is otherwise in excellent condition.
