This was stored for years in a box. This one is in great shape, near but not perfect, again, they were novelty items and were never perfect,but close..Always a chance of a blemish. These are for collectors and not for small children, as they have sharp pins on the back. Nice condition and never used so take advantage of this neat find I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items, but could be worn. Tough to find item.
