This Vintage pinback button is about 3.5" across and features great color and a bearded "spokesman". It promotes SuperLoto, one of the National Lottery's early raffle style games. I believe this button was made in the early 1980s. The button is in gently used condition. There are a few scratches and minor dings in the celluloid surface. It has a clean rust-free reverse. The button is not marked by any manufacturer's.
