Vintage 1920’s Art Deco Advertisement Poster Flapper Bakelite or Celluloid Frame

An advertisement for the town of Blue Island week. Appears to be cut from a slightly larger poster to fit the frame. Frame is an Art Deco Style frame which appears to be made of Bakelite or Celluloid, glass cover.Has writing in pencil on back with a date on 1927 Poster is loose in frame, with tape holding part of poster and backing to frame..Matte has splits in upper left and right corners.see pictures.
