For sale is a Vintage CAPITAL CITY TITLE CO, SACRAMENTO Advertising Notepad in a brown leather Folder. Folder is Embossed in gold on the front. Notepad paper is salmon colored with letterhead at the top. Approx 20 pages are left. Folder has 2 pockets—one behind the notepad and one on the opposite side. Folder measures 3.5” x 6.75”. Very light white mark on front cover, maybe removable with leather cleaner? (See first photo.)
