This is a vintage mesh bag from the 1970s era and the Washington State Department of Ecology Volunteer program made by the Model Litter Control Act that I believe they passed early in that decade. It's like the size of a 50 pound onion or potato bag, only the print on the part for the label has that recognizeable old don't litter symbol. Very sharp, unused. The item winner is to pay for the shipping charge ebay sets there, if you get more than one thing try to use the 'add to cart' button instead of the 'buy it now' one as sometimes that way the computers can figure out the postage savings automatically....still though sometimes we just have to do it later. Anyhow, I'm just an easy going farmer so if you aren't happy with the item, no big deal, just let me know.
